Section 5 — Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with tracking sent as soon as your order ships. Limited-production pieces may take 3–4 weeks to process before shipping.

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more. We also ship internationally; shipping cost, applicable customs duties, and import taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination and included in your order total — so there are no additional charges due upon delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Section 6 — Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at sale@swaggero.com with your order number to begin a return or exchange.

Section 7 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
